1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process in accordance with our policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.huskgard.com.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or “final sale” items
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper care

If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at help@huskgard.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship your item to the return address provided in our response.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or credit card provider some processing times may vary.

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at help@huskgard.com before shipping it back.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Email them to help@huskgard.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company it may take extra time before your refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at help@huskgard.com.

10. U.S.-Only Returns

We currently accept returns only from customers within the United States.
We do not offer international returns or exchanges at this time.
